Exterminator, trash collector, slaughter house worker, clean-up crew for crime scenes and accidents: all are considered quite disgusting occupations… Yet, although difficult, they are indispensable to our communities.
How is it possible for these workers to love their job and be proud of what they do, day in and day out when they constantly have to work in filth? How do they deal with their own disgust? How do they cope with people who look at them with repugnance?
This documentary follows four professionals, who deal with the darker side of life and work at these often challenging jobs.
